- •1 box cake mix
- •24 mini pies
- •frosting of choice
Instructions
- Grease 2 12-cup cupcake tins with nonstick spray or line with paper liners.
- Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of batter into each cupcake cup.
- Place a mini pie in each cupcake cup, then top with another tablespoon of batter.
- Bake according to the package instructions, then remove from the oven and let cool.
- Frost as desired.
