- •¼ cup rolled oats
- •½ cup milk
- •¼ cup banana, mashed
- •¼ cup plain yogurt
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- •2 teaspoons sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 ’C
- Place the oats and milk in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute
- Add the oat mixture, banana, yoghurt and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into an oven safe dish and add the sprinkles on top
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. Serve warm.
