Instructions
- Mash banana(s), eggs, and maple extract with a fork until incorporated.
- Heat up a greased fry pan to medium heat, and pour in about ¼ cup (60 g) of batter.
- When the pancake is cooked on one side, flip, and cook for about a minute.
- Serve, topped as desired.
