- •3 bell peppers, different colors
- •ranch dressing, to serve
Instructions
- Cut top of 1 bell pepper off and deseed and destem the inside.
- Using the tip of a small knife, cut out a jack o’ lantern face into the side of the bell pepper.
- Stand the bell pepper up and fill with slices of the other two bell peppers or other vegetables.
- Serve with ranch.
