  • 3 bell peppers, different colors
  • ranch dressing, to serve

Instructions

  • Cut top of 1 bell pepper off and deseed and destem the inside.
  • Using the tip of a small knife, cut out a jack o’ lantern face into the side of the bell pepper.
  • Stand the bell pepper up and fill with slices of the other two bell peppers or other vegetables.
  • Serve with ranch.
  • Enjoy!
