Mug Baked Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons marinara sauce, divided
  • shredded mozzarella cheese, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
  • cooked rigatoni pasta
  • grated parmesan cheese, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
  • Add 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce to the bottom of a large oven-safe mug. Top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and the basil, then add another 2 tablespoons of marinara. Arrange the rigatoni in concentric circles on top of the sauce, then top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of marinara and a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Alternatively, microwave for 3-4 minutes.
  • Enjoy in the mug itself or flip the pasta into a bowl and serve.
