- •6 tablespoons marinara sauce, divided
- •shredded mozzarella cheese, to taste
- •2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
- •cooked rigatoni pasta
- •grated parmesan cheese, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Add 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce to the bottom of a large oven-safe mug. Top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and the basil, then add another 2 tablespoons of marinara. Arrange the rigatoni in concentric circles on top of the sauce, then top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of marinara and a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Alternatively, microwave for 3-4 minutes.
- Enjoy in the mug itself or flip the pasta into a bowl and serve.
