  • 1 large navel orange, peeled and cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla-flavored almond milk
  • 2 ½ tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut, divided
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine orange chunks, yogurt, orange juice, almond milk, 2 tablespoons coconut, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender; process until smooth. Add ice cubes and puree until smooth and thick. Divide between 2 glasses and garnish with remaining coconut.
