  • 1 large summer squash, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 0.25 cup butter, cut into small chunks
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Lay summer squash slices in a single layer over the bottom of a 9x12-inch baking dish. Dot with butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until squash is tender, bubbling, and golden yellow-brown, about 20 minutes.
