- •2 (15 ounce) containers ricotta cheese
- •2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- •2 eggs
- •0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- •2 (24 ounce) jars RAGÚ® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce
- •12 uncooked lasagna noodles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, eggs, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in a large bowl; mix well and set aside.
- Spread 1 cup sauce in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer 4 uncooked noodles, then 1 cup sauce and 1/2 of the ricotta mixture; repeat. Top with remaining 4 uncooked noodles and remaining sauce. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove the foil and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Continue baking, uncovered, until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
