- •½ cup heavy whipping cream
- •1 teaspoon cinnamon extract
- •1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a medium size bowl, whisk eggs first with whisk or fork. Once frothy and whipped, add whipping cream and cinnamon extract to create a custard-like mixture.
- Now, heat a skillet. Add butter in skillet and melt.
- Dredge toast triangles into custard and grill in skillet. Allow both sides to get golden-brown.
- Serve with desired condiments or toppings.
