Homemade Pad Thai

Ingredients

2 servings

  • flat rice noodle
  • 5 green onions
  • 1 block tofu, sliced
  • bean sprout
  • fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup fish sauce
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ⅓ cup tamarind paste
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • ⅓ cup organic peanut butter

Instructions

  • Sear tofu in a pan. Once seared on both sides, add remaining ingredients and let simmer until sauce thickens
  • Serve warm.
