Ingredients

- •flat rice noodle
- •5 green onions
- •1 block tofu, sliced
- •bean sprout
- •fresh cilantro
- •2 cloves garlic
- •¼ cup fish sauce
- •⅓ cup soy sauce
- •2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- •2 tablespoons sugar
- •⅓ cup tamarind paste
- •1 tablespoon sriracha
- •⅓ cup organic peanut butter
Instructions
- Sear tofu in a pan. Once seared on both sides, add remaining ingredients and let simmer until sauce thickens
- Serve warm.
