- •1 banana, divided
- •0.5 cup frozen peach slices
- •2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- •2 tablespoons water
- •2 teaspoons coconut oil
- •1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
- •1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- •1 tablespoon raisins
Instructions
- Blend 1/2 banana, peaches, applesauce, water, and coconut oil together in a blender until smooth; pour into a serving bowl.
- Slice remaining half banana and arrange on top of smoothie. Add shredded coconut, almonds, and raisins.
