- •¼ cup castor sugar
- •⅓ cup water
- •3 whole cloves
- •1 smashed cardamom pod
- •1 lemon, sliced
- •½ watermelon, balled
- •½ honeydew melon, balled
- •½ canary melon, balled
- •7 fresh large basil leaves, chiffonaded
Instructions
- First make your light sugar syrup by adding sugar and water in a pan and cook until sugar is dissolved. Then, add in your cloves, cardamom and lemon slice and boil for 5 minutes and set aside.
- Add melon balls to a serving dish. Then, drizzle with sugar syrup and mix in basil. Let sit for 7-10 minutes to marinate.
- Serve.
