Black And Blue Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 750 mL Stella Rosa® Black Wine
  • ½ cup Stella Rosa® Smooth Black Brandy
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups berry-flavored soda water

Instructions

  • Add the blueberries, blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a large pitcher and muddle until the berries have broken down and the sugar has dissolved, 1–2 minutes.
  • Stir in the Stella Rosa® Black Wine, Stella Rosa® Smooth Black Brandy, and the thyme. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
  • Just before serving, stir in the berry-flavored soda water.
  • Serve the sangria, garnished with more thyme sprigs.
  • Enjoy!
