Ingredients

- •1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
- •1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
- •¼ cup sugar
- •¼ cup lemon juice
- •750 mL Stella Rosa® Black Wine
- •½ cup Stella Rosa® Smooth Black Brandy
- •4 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
- •2 cups berry-flavored soda water
Instructions
- Add the blueberries, blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a large pitcher and muddle until the berries have broken down and the sugar has dissolved, 1–2 minutes.
- Stir in the Stella Rosa® Black Wine, Stella Rosa® Smooth Black Brandy, and the thyme. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
- Just before serving, stir in the berry-flavored soda water.
- Serve the sangria, garnished with more thyme sprigs.
- Enjoy!
