- •1 ½ cups hot water, mixed with 1½ teaspoons matcha powder, cooled
- •½ cup whole milk
- •2 tablespoons sugar
- •1 teaspoon vanilla
- •whipped cream, for topping
- •1 pinch matcha powder, for topping
Instructions
- Pour the matcha mixture into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Add the matcha ice cubes, milk, sugar, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and a pinch of matcha powder.
- Enjoy!
