  • 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup Nordica 1% Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup cold water
  • 1 small banana, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place the mango, cottage cheese, ice cubes, orange juice, water, banana, honey, flax oil and vanilla in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes or until very smooth; serve immediately.
