Spinach Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • ⅓ cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Frank’s Red Hot Original
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 oz goat cheese
  • chips or pretzel, for serving

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt and feta cheese to a food processor. Process until fully combined and mostly smooth.
  • Add the spinach, parsley, mint, Frank’s Red Hot Original, lemon zest and juice, and goat cheese. Continue to process until everything is broken down and creamy, about 1 minute.
  • Serve with chips or pretzels.
  • Enjoy!
