- •0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
- •0.5 cup white sugar
- •3 large eggs
- •2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two baking sheets.
- Combine flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Beat butter and sugar in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Mix in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla. Gradually stir in flour mixture until well blended.
- Roll walnut-sized portions of dough into small ropes. Shape each rope into a loop and press the ends to seal. Place 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until firm and golden at the edges, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
