- •1 (8 ounce) can canned pineapple chunks, undrained
- •1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- •1 cup white rum
- •2 tablespoons sugar
- •1 tablespoon lime juice
- •1 tray ice
- •4 maraschino cherries, garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine pineapple, orange juice concentrate with juice, rum, sugar, lime juice and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with cherries, and serve.
