- •1 tube refrigerated pizza dough, refrigerated
- •1 ½ cups shredded chicken
- •1 cup BBQ sauce, divided
- •1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- •½ cup red onion, diced
- •2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with ½ cup (115) barbecue sauce. Set aside.
- Spread pizza dough out on a parchment-lined pan.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Top with remaining barbecue sauce, cheddar, chicken, mozzarella, red onion, and parsley.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Slice and dip!
