  • 1 pound ripe kumquats
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Wash kumquats and cover with water in a non-aluminum saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add sugar and cinnamon, return to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and drain.
