Ingredients

- •2 slices brioche bread
- •3 slices cheddar cheese
- •1 cup mac 'n' cheese
- •½ cup caramelized onions
- •2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Instructions
- Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
- Add 1 slice of cheddar cheese to one slice of bread.
- Add even layer of mac ‘n’ cheese on top of cheese.
- Add additional slices of cheddar on top of mac n’ cheese.
- Add onions on top of cheese.
- On low heat, add sandwich to a pan and grill mayo side down.
- Grill for 3–5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
- Enjoy!
