Loaded Grill Cheese: Use Your Noodle

Ingredients

  • 2 slices brioche bread
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mac 'n' cheese
  • ½ cup caramelized onions
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Add 1 slice of cheddar cheese to one slice of bread.
  • Add even layer of mac ‘n’ cheese on top of cheese.
  • Add additional slices of cheddar on top of mac n’ cheese.
  • Add onions on top of cheese.
  • On low heat, add sandwich to a pan and grill mayo side down.
  • Grill for 3–5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
  • Enjoy!
