Loaded Grill Cheese: Kickin’ Mac Attack

Ingredients

  • 2 slices brioche bread
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mac 'n' cheese
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Add the slice of cheddar cheese to one slice of bread.
  • Add even layer of mac ‘n’ cheese on top of cheese.
  • Add tomato on top of mac n’ cheese.
  • Add jalapeños on top of tomato.
  • On low heat, add sandwich to a pan and grill mayo side down.
  • Grill for 3–5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
  • Enjoy!
