- •2 slices brioche bread
- •1 slice swiss cheese
- •¼ cup bacon, chopped
- •1 slice tomato
- •¼ cup caramelized onions
- •2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Instructions
- Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
- Add a slice of Swiss cheese to one slice of bread.
- Add bacon on top of cheese.
- Add tomato on top of bacon.
- Add onions on top of tomatoes.
- On low heat, add sandwich to a pan and grill mayo side down.
- Grill for 3–5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
