Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour eggs into the skillet, then scatter luncheon meat over top. Cook and stir until eggs are nearly set, 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and stir until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
