  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package cornbread mix (such as Jiffy®)
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans turkey chili with beans, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese, or as desired
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream, or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Whisk together cornbread mix, milk, and egg in a bowl until slightly lumpy.
  • Pour turkey chili with beans into a 9-inch pie dish. Spoon cornbread batter over top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cornbread edges begin to brown and the center is set, 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Top each serving with Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
