- •3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- •½ cup half-and-half
- •18 oz polenta, chopped
- •1 teaspoon kosher salt
- •½ teaspoon McCormick® ground black pepper
- •1 teaspoon McCormick® Dried Parsley flakes
- •¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- •1 tablespoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
Instructions
- In a medium pot, combine the butter and half-and-half and warm over medium heat until steaming.
- Add the polenta and break up with a wooden spoon or whisk, then stir until smooth. Add the salt, McCormick® Ground Black Pepper, McCormick® Dried Parsley Flakes, Parmesan cheese, and McCormick® Garlic Powder and continue stirring until creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Serve warm.
