  • 1 lb salmon, skinned
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ shallot, sliced
  • fresh parsley, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • nutritional yeast, to taste

Instructions

  • Slice salmon into thin strips.
  • Place strips of salmon into a shallow bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients and toss everything together.
  • To serve, sprinkle salt and pepper over the top along with extra nutritional yeast and parsley.
