- •1 tablespoon olive oil
- •1 clove garlic, minced
- •½ shallot, sliced
- •fresh parsley, to taste
- •½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- •salt and pepper, to taste
- •nutritional yeast, to taste
Instructions
- Slice salmon into thin strips.
- Place strips of salmon into a shallow bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients and toss everything together.
- To serve, sprinkle salt and pepper over the top along with extra nutritional yeast and parsley.
