- •1 cup lightly packed baby spinach leaves
- •1 (6 ounce) container coconut yogurt
- •0.75 cup oat milk
- •2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
- Thaw frozen pineapple chunks for 5 minutes.
- Combine pineapple chunks, spinach, yogurt, milk, and chia seeds in an electric blender and process until smooth, about 2 minutes.
