  • 2 bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 ounce firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice, or to taste

Instructions

  • Place spinach, bananas, tofu, coconut, peaches, pineapple, mango, and strawberries, respectively, in a blender; pour in apple juice. Blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more apple juice as necessary.
