  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 pinches ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, melted butter, and ground cinnamon to taste. Spoon into a casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
