Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Smoothie

  • ⅓ cup old fashion oat
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter, of your choice
  • 1 ½ frozen bananas
  • ⅔ cup milk, of your choice

Instructions

  • Add the oats, nut butter, banana, milk, and cocoa powder to a blender.
  • Blend for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides with a spoon or spatula, if needed, and blend for another 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a mason jar or tumbler.
  • Garnish with banana slices and additional oats, if desired.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Enjoy!
