  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ⅓ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free caramel syrup
  • 1 ½ cups ice, more if you want thicker consistency
  • sugar-free caramel syrup, for drizzle, as desired
  • sugar-free chocolate syrup, to taste
  • peanut, to taste

Instructions

  • Add Plain Greek Yogurt.
  • Add almond milk.
  • Add chocolate protein powder.
  • Add creamy peanut butter.
  • Add unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • Add sugar-free caramel syrup.
  • Add ice (add more for thicker consistency). Process until well pureed.
  • Feel free to top off the smoothie with peanuts, caramel syrup, and chocolate syrup to taste.
  • Enjoy!
