- •3 onions, chopped
- •¾ cup lentils
- •2 ½ cups water
- •1 cup fine grain bulgur
- •1 salt, to taste
- •pepper, to taste
- •caramelized onion, for serving
Instructions
- Over medium heat, pour the olive oil into a pot. Add the chopped onions, lentils, and water. Cover the pot and simmer the lentils.
- Add the bulgur, salt, and pepper. Cover the pot and cook over low heat until the bulgur is cooked.
- Serve with caramelized onions.
