- •¼ cup diced dried pineapple
- •½ tablespoon dried rosemary
- •½ tablespoon dried sage
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the yerba mate, dried pineapple, dried rosemary, and dried sage. Mix well.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
- To brew, steep 1-2 teaspoons of the tea blend in 8 ounces (240ml) of hot water for 5 minutes. Serve warm or over ice.
