  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • 120 mL unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Add the spinach, almond butter, dates, chia seeds, banana, and avocado to a resealable container. Cover and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • When ready to prepare, add the contents from the container and the almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
