- •1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- •1 stick butter
- •1 tablespoon Zatarains crawfish boil
- •16 oz rotini pasta
- •1 teaspoon garlic
- •½ onion, finely chopped
- •2 boudin sausages, chopped into 1/2 in (1.24 cm)
- •1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a pan. Once melted, whisk in heavy whipping cream and add crawfish boil, garli, onions, and sausages.
- Once the mixture becomes slightly creamy and thick, add cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Pour pasta into a large glass dish and add sauce on top, stirring into the pasta.
- Broil for five minutes.
- Serve warm.
