- •700 g pizza dough
- •¼ cup butter, softened
- •3 cups strawberry
- •1 ⅓ cups blueberry
- •3 tablespoons orange juice
- •1 teaspoon lemon zest
- •¼ cup white sugar
- •1 cinnamon stick
- •whipped cream, for garnish
- •1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- •12 graham crackers
- •2 cups mini marshmallows
- •1 cup caramel sauce
- •1 apple, large
- •4 granola bars, crumbled
- •1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- •1 cup milk chocolate, crushed or bite-sized
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut dough into 4 equal pieces, and roll out into long oval-like shapes about ¼ inch thick, spread thin layer of butter on each and bake in oven for 10 minutes or until baked through and just starting to brown on top. Do not over bake your dough.
- In a medium saucepan, add strawberries, blueberries, orange juice, lemon zest, granulated white sugar, cinnamon stick and cook over medium heat for about 10 - 15 minutes or until strawberries and blueberries are soft and desired consistency reached.
- Remove from oven and garnish with your desired toppings.
