  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 0.33333331346512 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and well blended.
  • In a separate bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool slightly, then stir into cream cheese mixture along with milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into a mold if desired, and refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.
