  • 1.6666669845581 cups evaporated milk
  • 1.5 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Combine evaporated milk, pumpkin, sugar, eggs, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and cloves; blend until smooth. Pour batter into unbaked pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking until filling is set, about 40 minutes more.
