- •¼ cup maple syrup
- •½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- •1 frozen banana
- •1 handful spinach
- •1 cup ice
- •protein powder, optional
Instructions
- Mix tofu and maple syrup together until smooth. Pour into a rubber ice cube tray and freeze cubes.
- Add frozen banana, 1 tofu cube, spinach, almond milk, and protein powder (optional). Blend and enjoy. Add more milk to thin out smoothie consistency if desired.
