Almond Butter Cucumber Crunch Sandwich

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread, lightly toasted
  • 4 tablespoons Justin’s® Classic Almond Butter
  • 1 green apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts

Instructions

  • Spread the Justin’s® Almond Butter evenly over each slice of bread.
  • Layer the apple, cucumber, and avocado slices on 2 slices of bread. Sprinkle the hemp hearts evenly on top.
  • Top each piece with the remaining slice of bread, almond butter side down. Gently slice in half on the diagonal.
  • Enjoy!
