- •4 slices whole wheat bread, lightly toasted
- •4 tablespoons Justin’s® Classic Almond Butter
- •1 green apple, thinly sliced
- •2 persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
- •1 avocado, thinly sliced
- •1 teaspoon hemp hearts
Instructions
- Spread the Justin’s® Almond Butter evenly over each slice of bread.
- Layer the apple, cucumber, and avocado slices on 2 slices of bread. Sprinkle the hemp hearts evenly on top.
- Top each piece with the remaining slice of bread, almond butter side down. Gently slice in half on the diagonal.
