  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Add the mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a mason jar.
  • Screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously.
  • The dressing can remain in the fridge for 1–2 weeks.
  • Pour over your favorite salad and enjoy!
