  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 0.25 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix spinach, Parmesan cheese, and onion until thoroughly combined. Stuff 1/4 of the mixture into the cavity of each chicken breast. Place stuffed breasts into a 9x13-inch baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 35 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake until melted, about 5 more minutes.
