  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons brandy

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate, cream, butter or margarine, and brandy together in a high-sided saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until smooth.
  • Cool completely and then spread or pipe over cake or cupcakes.
