  • 1 recipe for Fast Chicken Soup Base
  • 0.75 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fast Chicken Soup Base . Bring to a simmer.
  • Add rice; simmer until tender, 10 to 20 minutes.
  • Stir in green peas and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
