- •0.75 cup long-grain white rice
- •1 cup frozen green peas
- •0.5 cup chopped fresh parsley
- •Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Fast Chicken Soup Base . Bring to a simmer.
- Add rice; simmer until tender, 10 to 20 minutes.
- Stir in green peas and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
