Instructions
- Blend red wine vinegar, honey, mustard, lime juice, pepper, salt, paprika, garlic, onion, oregano, and sugar together in a blender until thoroughly mixed. Drizzle olive oil into mixture while blending on low. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
