  • ½ cup cold brew coffee
  • ½ avocado, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups ice
  • coconut flake, for serving

Instructions

  • Add the cold brew coffee, avocado, vanilla, coconut milk, yogurt, and ice to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a glass and top with coconut flakes.
  • Enjoy!
