- •⅓ cup white sugar
- •⅓ cup fresh lime juice
- •3 ½ tablespoons tequila
- •2 tablespoons grated lime zest
- •2 pounds fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions
- Mix triple sec, sugar, lime juice, tequila, and lime zest in a bowl; stir to dissolve sugar. Pour over strawberries in a large bowl. Let stand, stirring occasionally, until juice forms, about 1 hour.
