- •12 mini buns
- •20 slices sliced salami
- •6 large slices mozzarella cheese
- •1 cup chopped tomatoes
- •½ cup cream cheese
- •3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- •⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
- •1 tablespoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Slice the mini buns in half, then arrange the bottoms, cut-side up, in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with the salami, mozzarella, and chopped tomatoes.
- Spread 2 teaspoons of cream cheese on the cut sides of each top bun, then place atop the sandwiches. Drizzle the melted butter over the top buns, then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
