Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Sliders

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 slider buns

Instructions

  • Add the chicken, onion, seasoned salt, pepper, oregano, mustard, honey, and garlic to a slow cooker and stir until the chicken and onions are coated with seasonings.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked and shreddable.
  • With a set of tongs or two forks, shred the chicken and stir into the juices.
  • Distribute evenly between slider buns, or serve as desired.
  • Enjoy!
