- •3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- •1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- •1 ½ teaspoons seasoned salt
- •½ teaspoon pepper
- •1 tablespoon dried oregano
- •1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- •⅓ cup honey
- •6 cloves garlic, minced
- •12 slider buns
Instructions
- Add the chicken, onion, seasoned salt, pepper, oregano, mustard, honey, and garlic to a slow cooker and stir until the chicken and onions are coated with seasonings.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked and shreddable.
- With a set of tongs or two forks, shred the chicken and stir into the juices.
- Distribute evenly between slider buns, or serve as desired.
